This is an independent service-request website. Sending the form records your name, phone number, city or ZIP, observations, and contact permission. We use private Vercel storage and GoHighLevel to keep the request and follow-up record. Room selections can stay in your browser for this visit; your name and phone are not saved in browser storage by the form.
Keeping and sharing the record
We retain requests for follow-up and recordkeeping. No automatic deletion schedule has been set. To ask about access, correction or deletion, call (385) 503-3119. A provider receives your details only after suitability checks and the permission you give beside the form.
Hosting and your browser
Vercel may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. The form keeps its entries on screen if sending fails. It does not add them to URL parameters.
